Decades of legal experience within our specialty

Arbitration

As an arbitrator on the Employment and Labor Arbitration Panels of the American Arbitration Association, we strive to meet the core objective of arbitration: conducting a fair and objective process in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Our decisions are based on the parties’ contract, the law of the jurisdiction and the unique facts of each case.

Litigation

We have a long history of successfully representing individuals, corporations, and municipalities in employment-related disputes such as termination, non-compete agreements, sales commissions, and discrimination claims. Our strategy is to involve our clients throughout the process, so they have a complete understanding of the risks and rewards of litigation. Our objective is to achieve the best possible result, at the lowest cost and at the quickest time.

Mediation

We have resolved approximately 75% of the cases we have been appointed to serve as a mediator. Using a facilitative mediation approach, we assist opposing parties to identify their key needs and issues, with the goal of reaching an acceptable and final resolution.

Our Philosophy

We provide prompt and concentrated attention to all our clients. By focusing on only labor relations and employment law, we offer decades of legal experience within our specialty. Clients can expect ethical and timely responses, with a problem-solving approach to addressing their legal and human resources issues. We combine our extensive experience as a human resource director and lawyer to offer practical and workable solutions to labor relations and employment issues.
